Our Impact

Since we started Jingle Jam in 2011, we’ve raised over £27.5m ($37m) for causes that help make the world better for children and young people.
This has translated into hundreds of grants to expert charities who deliver real impact on the ground in places where it’s most needed.
Examples of long-term initiatives we’ve supported include:

Over the past three years, our Charity Partners combined have:
Supported over ONE MILLION children and young people in total
Supported over ONE THOUSAND young people with critical illnesses and rare, under-researched conditions
Protected and nurtured MILLIONS of trees and helped save whales and dolphins from hunting

Where possible, we’ve sent our fundraisers to visit our Charity Partners and learn more about Jingle Jam’s impact in person.
Lewis and Lydia visited Open Bionics for their ‘Big Hero Arm Day’, witnessed young amputees receive bionic arms funded by Jingle Jam firsthand.
Mousie and Zylus visited War Child to learn about ‘Can’t Wait to Learn’, a digital education tool Jingle Jam’s supported, used by children affected by the Ukraine War and other conflicts across the world.
Sarah and Harry visited a primary school as Kidscape ran a bullying prevention workshop, funded by Jingle Jam.
But we can’t stop here.
There are so many tough things going on in the world right now, especially for children and young people. Increases in conflict and wars, governmental rollbacks on climate commitments and diversity inclusion, and an increasing need for mental health support.
And we know you agree - our 2024 donor survey showed the three most important causes to thousands of Jingle Jam supporters are children and young people’s mental health, climate change and LGBTQ+ inclusion.
While there’s such a need, Jingle Jam will continue to unite gaming and online communities to raise funds and give grants to charities making a difference in these areas.

Jingle Jam also works with our Charity Partners to help nurture their fundraising skills within online creator and gaming spaces, helping equip them for continued growth and success in these areas for years to come. Here’s what a few recent Jingle Jam Charity Partners say about working with us:
Building skills and resilience across the charity sector

“Jingle Jam helped us grow our skills in digital fundraising, boosting our confidence in reaching younger online audiences through livestreaming and gaming. We’ve developed stronger in-house capabilities for working with creators and content platforms through the advice and support of the Jingle Jam team.”
“Taking part in Jingle Jam has enhanced our reach and influence in the charity sector, positioning us as a forward-thinking charity in the creator-led fundraising landscape. It has also been a major opportunity to develop and strengthen relationships with a crucial portion of our user community that would have been otherwise out of reach as they don’t use the more ‘traditional’ charity engagement channels. Jingle Jam is an invaluable platform to find and nurture a whole new community of supporters and meet them ‘where they are’.”
“Being part of Jingle Jam brought numerous benefits to our organisation. It helped us refine our streaming program, including launching a new toolkit and improving streamer communications. We engaged with talent we don’t normally work with and connected with young people more effectively. Jingle Jam’s visibility also led to outreach from video game companies interested in partnering with us. Overall, it significantly strengthened our digital fundraising approach and opened new opportunities for growth, innovation, and community engagement.”
